Ocean View rooms face the ocean and boardwalk. The ocean offers beautiful sunrises each morning, and its always pleasant to look out at the beach and horizon.
City View rooms overlook the whole island and back into the mainland beyond the bay and wetlands. Its a treat to watch the boating activity inthe back bays and the sunsets are just gorgeous.
The Penthouse - The best spot in the hotel, offering both ocean and city views, sunrise to sunset.

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Rates apply to guests 21 years of age and older. Rates based on double occupancy with advance reservations. Children under 12 are FREE. Additional persons 12 and over are $15 per night. Deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservation. Balance is due upon arrival, no checks please. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, notify us (of cancellation) 14 days prior to your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded less $30 service charge. No refunds for early departure. Rates do not include state or local taxes. Sorry, no pets. Misrepresentation voids reservation. Add $30 additional per night for Friday and Saturday night reservations.
